I have stored up your word in my heart,
that I might not sin against you. -Psalm 119:11
The motivation to walk righteously and learn God’s Word must be to please Him, not for any benefits I think I might earn.

sin: miss the way, go wrong, incur guilt, forfeit, bear loss, miss the mark, wander from the way, err from the mark, stumble, seduce
